New to cooking whole chickens? Want to improve your chicken cutting skills?
Culinary Student, and Zweber Farms assistant herdsman, Mary Albrecht will walk you through the basics of breaking down a whole chicken. She will give you tips on knives, cutting boards and how to cook a delicious pasture-raised bird.
Class sizes are small, only six spots per session. Register today!
Please bring: carving knife (if you have one, we will have some on hand), cutting board (we will have some on hand), ziplock bags, and a cooler.
We will supply the chicken ($25 value).
