Last night, I made the most incredible tasting pork spare ribs. Here is the recipe:
Fall Off The Bone Pork Spare Ribs
- 2-3lbs Zweber Farms spare ribs
- Sauce:
- 2 tsp. vinegar
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1/2 tsp. red pepper
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. chili powder
- 3/4 c. catsup
- 3/4 c. water
Cut ribs into four or five serving pieces. Boil gently for 20 minutes in a large pot with water. Drain ribs and place in roasting pan. Mix sauce ingredients and pour over ribs. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour. I roasted the ribs for 2 hours (the time it takes me to do chores) at 250 degrees.
Serve your ribs with a side of green beans, crusty bread and a glass of Organic Valley milk.
Enjoy!
