Last Weekend for the BBQ-Bring Out the Brats!

Labor Day Weekend is upon us. This is the last official summer grilling weekend…before tailgating begins. It is time to bring out those brats that are buried in the freezer.

If you are lucky enough to have some of Zweber Farms wild rice brats in your freezer bring them out. Try this recipe to celebrate the end of summer or the beginning of the football season.

Zweber Farms Wild Rice Beer Brats

  • 1 package of brats
  • 1 can of medium dark beer
  • 1 aluminum pan]
  1. Heat grill. Place pan on grill and fill with beer and brats.
  2. Par-boil brats for about 15 minutes (turning once).
  3. Grill brats until heated through

Enjoy the brats on a bun with your favorite toppings.

Do not have wild rice brats? Make sure to get on our list to order pork. Pork will be ready the end of October. We have a few slots left, so do not delay. You can view ordering details on our website.

I have no idea what you are doing but I understand not being able to cook. My mother and my father were agast when I could’t get the gibblets out the turkey’s hinney?. My husband his family and my Mom all chipped in to help me spank the gizzard out of the turkey. My 1st thanksgiving I was neverous as hell and luckily we had a not un-like Rachel we also had some models for a I hope not free guest photo. I am a 65 year old jewish woman and I hope we can all work everything out together.
