Whole and Half animal custom pork packages: $2.25/pound hanging weight, plus processing ($0.60-$1.25/pound)-Limited availability left for 2020. There will be more pigs in early 2021.
Our humanely raised pigs are raised in a large open air hoop building bedded with straw. They have access to the outdoors and fresh sunshine. All of their feed is NonGMO and bought at a local grain elevator. It has been said that our bacon compares to no other.

An average half a hog will cost you about $300 and is about 50-70 pounds of take-home meat. Price and pounds of meat will depend on the animal and how you have it processed. Items such as brats cost more vs just a ground sausage or roast.
We also have a number of individual (chops, ribs, ground, brats, ham, roasts, etc) cuts available at the farm. Check here for current options and pricing.
When you sign up on the preorder form, please indicate when you would like to receive your pork (summer, fall or winter). We will contact you when your pig is almost ready. At that time we will take a deposit and help you make the cut choices. When the pork is ready, we will call you to pick it up at the farm and you will pay your remaining balance then.
