We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a Small Business Saturday event right here on the farm!
Come out November 26 from 11am-1pm for food demonstrations, samples, and holiday recipes. I have convinced my mother, the Italian cook, to help me out and we will be making a holiday smorgasbord using Zweber Farms meats and eggs.
In addition, we will be featuring some of our favorite local vendors.
Art in the Attic with Cassy Simon
Cassy will be showcasing some of her newest pottery, including these lovely snowflake ornaments.
Sawdust and Bobbin Thread By Carmen Scherman
Carmen has beautiful barn wood and pallet signs. I have my eye on one of these. Can you guess which one?
Noonday Collection with Gina Kane
If you are not familiar with Noonday, you need to be. Noonday’s mission is to empower women around the world by helping start independent small businesses. Their jewelry is one of a kind. In addition to helping women through each purchase, at our event only, earned jewelry through catalog orders will be donated to the Southern Valley Alliance Shelter in Belle Plaine. Together, we can bring a Merry Christmas to those women who need it most in our community.
Usborne Books by Katie Norquist
I LOVE Usborne books. These high-quality books are perfect for kids of all ages. Katie will have a limited amount of books for purchase on site, but you can also order from the catalog. Any earned books through this show will be donated to the Southern Valley Alliance Shelter. Women at the shelter will be able to give these books as gifts to their own children.
Crazy Legs Vineyard by Alan and Deb Full
Crazy Legs Vineyard grows grapes for Cannon River Winery. Once the grapes are harvested, the vines must be taken down. Alan turns the vines into beautiful natural wreaths. Wreaths will be available for purchase, along with boughs and other natural decorations.
No RSVP is necessary. Just come and go as you please during the event time. Join the event on our Facebook page to get updates, exclusives, and a food demonstrations’ schedule.
See you at the farm!
